Arron was an unexpected find that my wife and I made back in late 2022. We have been trying to move from Los Angeles to Southern Oregon for many years and haven't been able to make it work out. In November we were browsing houses online and inquired about a property in Jacksonville. Arron returned our call and we couldn't have been more fortunate! Over the next several months we worked with Arron to whittle down our list to just the ones we felt were worth considering. We would share links, emails and chats back and forth and Arron would advise us on the pros and cons of each property and he's visited countless locations to provide us with his invaluable, unbiased assessment which usually includes a video tour that he narrates for us. Once our list was tightened up, we took a road trip for an extended weekend visit and he showed us 8 houses. On our drive back to LA we ended up putting in an offer on our favorite one. Unfortunately we didn't get the house, but that was due to our own logistical issues. Several months later and are back searching again, with Arron sending even more custom tour videos. He was not daunted or discouraged by our circumstances and has been great at making us feel at ease working at our own pace and in our own way. What I feel is one of Arron's Super Powers is his ability to read us as clients and faithfully represent and predict our wants and desires in finding our Forever Home. He's not pushing us to get a sale, he's not understating or downplaying issues that he knows would be problems for us down the road. He is local to the area we want to move and I'm sure he'll be visiting us for years to come as a welcomed guest and friend. My only hesitation to recommending him would be that I want to make sure he's still available to help us close the deal on our Forever Home. We're still hunting, but I know when the right place comes along, Arron will be involved in making it happen :)
